About me

Hello my name is Sheri, I am in private practice as a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer a free initial  no obligation consultation where we can discuss your needs and how my services and techniques can adapt and work for you. I offer affordable and flexible sessions either from my therapy and consulting room at the Therapy Centre Norfolk (situated conveniently near the airport) as well as offering the options of online video sessions 

I have a  background of  supporting individuals with their personal and mental health issues in the community, many of which where as a result of abuse, tragedy or trauma in their past .

I now work full time in private practice as an integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist,  together we can explore getting to the route of any issues that are affecting your life and finding the solutions personal to you in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. 

You  maybe experiencing issues such as anxiety, self esteem, panic attacks ,anger ,relationship problems or any distressing coping manifestations such as OCD, depression, addiction ,eating disorders or self harm for example , or maybe  experiencing physical symptoms which can manifest  such as headaches ,ibs ,or sleep problems etc

These can all lead to having a  wide ranging impact on day to day living, work, relationships, family ,

So no matter how big or small the issue you would like to resolve , I will offer a friendly ,safe and confidential environment in which to work together to achieve your goals 


I am also a trustee for the the Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre Norfolk (MSTCN) and offer concession rates for clients and their families who may be struggling with the far reaching effects of this unpredictable condition .

As well as working on a one to one basis with clients I also work as an integrative couples therapist, and as such I'm also happy to integrate the two if appropriate

As part of my continuing professional development I regularly attend workshops and seminars to keep up to date with the latest methods and techniques.

Additional information

I offer a free no obligation initial full hour consultation, either face to face ,video call or over the phone. This will ensure we are comfortable working together and will give you the opportunity to ask any questions and for us to lay out a plan going forward.

Full hour session - £45.00

For clients wishing to pay monthly ( block booking ) I offer a discounted rate
Block booking (minimum of 4 full hour sessions) - £40.00 each ( eg 4 x £40 =£160.00 paid in advance)

Couples - please add an extra £5.00 to the above hourly fees

Concession places available , MS clients and student counsellors (subject to availability)

Payments may be made by Bank transfer, Paypal or Cash for all services
