We specialise in the treatment of a range of difficulties people experience in their lifetime from depression, social anxiety, OCD, PTSD, childhood difficulties, trauma and abuse, anxiety & stress, interpersonal difficulties and life transitions.
All our therapists work with individuals in a very collaborative way, ensuring the client is at the center of the way we work. Clients have an active part in the process of therapy and our approach looks at creating a safe space to develop awareness of the problem the client is experiencing, develop a shared understanding of the problem and actively work in session and inbetween the sessions to make positive lasting change.
