Sheena Lang - Counsellor - BA. PGDip MBACP
The Rosemount Centre
1c Mount Street
Whether you are feeling anxious, depressed or are having relationship difficulties, I can help you find a path through difficult times. Sometimes we need to talk to an experienced person who is not our family or friends. My aim is to help you to gain a better understanding of yourself and your situation and to support you in making any helpful, positive changes you may decide to make.
We can feel powerless in the face of our difficulties, having an opportunity to explore our situation and our feelings with someone, in a safe environment, where you will not be judged, can help us to reconnect with our innate power, enabling us to find a way forward and feel energised.
Research has shown that no matter what type of counselling is used, it is the relationship between the counsellor and the client which is the most effective agent.
If you need more information or if you would like to arrange an initial appointment you can phone or email me. During an initial meeting you can discover if counselling is really what you are looking for.
I can help with general counselling issues, anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, anger management, abuse, bereavement, work related issues.
