Outdoor and Online Therapist

About me

Welcome, contact me to book a free initial online appointment or for more information.

With Outdoor Therapy, nature and the movement of walking as we talk can help to soothe your nervous system and help you to find a gentle way of accessing the help you want for yourself. While the natural environment helps support you, it can also help you to see your situation from a different perspective. Maybe,  having therapy outdoors is something that you would like to work towards, some time in the future and starting with online sessions feels more comfortable for you.

As we work together, you will have the opportunity to rediscover and appreciate your strengths and your innate ability to cope, helping you to feel safer, more confident and have better relationships. Let's start that process now....Book an Appointment.

It is my mission to make therapy as accessible to as many people as possible. I offer online therapy, telephone sessions as well as outdoor therapy. I also have a sliding payment scale if money is a barrier.

If you are 18 and over and want to book an appointment or need more information, please phone or email me.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
