Sheena Lang - BA, PGDip, MBACP - Qualified Online Therapist
Are you are feeling stressed, anxious or depressed?
I am an qualified, experienced online therapist and I work with people, over the age of 18, who may be experiencing anxiety, depression or stress.
Online Counselling is fast becoming a significant force for positive therapeutic change. It offers you an opportunity to explore any difficult experiences or issues which are causing you distress or concern in a non judgement reflective space. It is proving to be much more accessible for many different people, enabling them to get the support they need in a more affordable and convenient way.
My aim is to help you to gain a better understanding of yourself and your situation, and to support you in making any helpful, positive changes that you may decide to make.
Research has shown that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy and that it is the relationship between the therapist and the client which is the most effective agent.
How do you access an online therapy session?
When you have made contact with me and you decide you would like to try an online therapy session, I will send you a zoom link, by email, for our appointment. When you click on this link, it will give you access to a private and confidential space where we can have our session online. You can choose to have your session with either video or voice only, (VoIP).
If you need more information or if you would like to arrange a free 15 minute telephone call to find out if online therapy is really what you are looking for, please phone or email me.
I look forward to hearing from you.
