I am a Senior Accredited Counsellor with BACP and have over 25 years' experience in working with a wide variety of people and problems in both the NHS, in general practice and outpatient settings and in private practice.
When you are having a difficult time in your life, I can help by offering a confidential and safe space to speak freely and explore your thoughts and feelings, so that you can come to understand your problems and how they have come about. This can help you to think about changes you may wish to make and how to move forward.
Please contact me by email or phone. If by phone, please leave a message with your number and I will call you back as soon as possible to find out what you are looking for and book an initial appointment. The purpose of the first session is to help you decide if you wish to work with me and whether I can help you. In the first session, I will be asking questions so as to understand what brings you to seek counselling at this time. If you wish to go ahead, we can then arrange to continue sessions, usually weekly.
