About me

I am a psychotherapist, accredited DBT therapist and hypnotherapist, all of this means that I have lots of tools in my tool box to help you move forward in life.

I offer a relaxed, safe and confidential space for you to be able to feel at ease to tell me what is on your mind. 

Sessions are done either on the telephone, online, walk and talk or face to face in the comfort of your own home. 

A little about where it all started for me:-

I have worked within mental health/social care for well over 20 years and in my life time I have had my own struggles in life to which I have over come. I am passionate about helping people overcome their struggles and be able to live a good/healthy life. I currently am still working as a psychotherapist for a mental health charity and also a suicide awareness charity and have been doing so for around 2 1/2 years now. 

Area's that I work in include but not limited to:-

EUPD/BPD, Trauma, PTSD, suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, bereavement , low self esteem, low self worth, self harm 

I offer both short and long term therapy
