About me

I provide short and long term counselling in Liverpool Street and Wimbledon to support people who are facing psychological and emotional problems.

I offer a safe space where you can openly explore what has bought you here today, the contributing and maintaining factors using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help you to manage your anxiety and depression. Looking at how it started the affect it has on your life so we can start the process and change the thoughts which are keeping you feeling this way, giving you that hope for a better future.

My experience comes from years of working with adults and children in various settings. I have also worked as a lead facilitator for a weight management group using CBT to help them to challenge the negative thought that keep them using food as a coping strategy. And with individuals and children who are developing an unhealthy relationship with food.

CBT can help you to change many things that you are struggling with in your life. Please stop avoiding your problems and seek help. Call me to discuss your needs on 07931109095.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
