About me

I feel privileged to share my 16 years of experience in counselling and supporting individuals with chronic diseases. I am a registered member of the BACP.

Reaching out to mental health therapy can be challenging with societies stigmatized views on mental health, counselling and psychotherapy. I can assure you to offer my empathetic active listening skills to explore with you your potential to discover your journey on matters that triggered you to reach out to my therapy consultation and sessions.

We can jointly explore and validate your feelings in a safe, respectful ambience. I use person-centred, psychodynamic, gestalt and Existential therapy. I am also certified in Emotional freedom techniques (EFT), Mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) which I offer to clients to manage any abnormal emotions to attain a better quality of life.

I offer individual and group in both faces to face and virtual settings. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, sessions will be virtually abiding by the government's health & safety regulations.

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
