About me

Hello, I’m Sergio. I am an Integrative Therapist and Sex Coach, as well as a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist in training.

My goal is to help you build a deeper understanding of yourself and work towards a healthier, more fulfilling life. I like to think I do this by providing a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.

As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), relational and somatic practices, psychodynamic/attachment style theory, and some Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) theory. These modalities allow me to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and address a variety of concerns such as depression, trauma, and general mental well-being.

As a psychosexual and relationship therapist in training, I help clients explore and understand their sexual and relational dynamics. This therapeutic approach delves into the deeper emotional and psychological factors that impact intimacy, desire, and sexual satisfaction. It is especially effective for individuals and couples who are navigating compulsive sexual behaviour, sexual shame, infidelity, kink exploration, sexual functioning problems like erectile dysfunction, and relationship difficulties.

In my role as a sex coach, I love helping individuals and couples embrace and explore their unique erotic palate. Together, we create a space where you can bring your desires, curiosities, and challenges to the table. I guide you in navigating these areas with confidence and help you discover creative ways to deepen connection, intimacy, and pleasure. From communication tools to playful, imaginative games, my approach is designed to spark curiosity and encourage growth in your sexual and relational life.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
