I am a Qualified Integrative Counsellor which includes CBT, Person Centred and Psychodynamic.
I am a Member of the BACP.
I offer one to one counselling for adults, young adults, teenagers and children and for couples and families as well as groups of adults or children on either a regular basis or as one off ad-hoc sessions depending on your individual needs. I offer counselling for a range of issues including bereavement, loss, trauma,self esteem. anxiety, abuse, health anxiety, stress, coping skills and anger management, relationships and family dynamics to name just a few.
I work within various settings as an Integrative Counsellor and Supervisor including a Charitable Organisation, Schools and Offices as well as an established Private Practise.
I offer individual counselling for both adults and children, counselling for couples and families as well as groups of adults or children on either a regular basis or as one off ad-hoc sessions depending on your individual needs.
The sessions take place in a safe, confidential, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions freely. The clients best interests are at the core of each session.
I help you you to explore your emotions and feelings in a non-judgemental, safe environment encouraging empowerment and autonomy as self belief enhances strength within and personal growth.
The counselling can be either short or long term and can be reviewed together on a regular basis.
Every individual is unique therefore clients work at their own pace.
I also offer one to one and group clinical supervision as well as peer supervision.
I work in Hornchurch Essex as well as in schools and Companies.
Training, qualifications & experience
Level 2 Certificate in Counselling skills.
Level 3 Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling.
Higher Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
Certificate in Integrative Supervision.

One to one Counselling is at cost of £40-£50 per 50 minute session.
One to one Supervision is between £45-£55 per session which is for an hour on a regular basis.
Group Supervision prices and concessions for trainees are available on request.
Group work, family work and couples counselling including bespoke groups are also offered and costs can be agreed on an individual basis.
work shops are bespoke and can be tailored to suit your organisation. Prices can be agreed depending on type of work and length of sessions.
I am a Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I have passed the BACP's Certificate of Proficiency.
