About me
😔 Feeling stuck, anxious, or not quite yourself — even when life “should” feel okay?
From the outside, you might look like you’re coping. But inside, you might feel overwhelmed, shut down, overthinking everything — or like you’re just too much (or never enough). You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
🌿 I offer online therapy for anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and neurodivergence.
I work with individuals and couples who feel emotionally overloaded, lost in self-doubt, or trapped in old patterns. Whether it’s a clear trauma or just a long-standing ache, we’ll explore what’s beneath it — and begin to shift how it lives in your nervous system, your relationships, and your sense of self.
🧠 How I work:
✨ EMDR therapy — to process trauma, shame, and stuck emotional pain
🧸 Parts Work & Inner Child Healing — to uncover the deeper “why”
🌱 Humanistic + Jungian psychotherapy — to reconnect with your core self
🌀 ACT, mindfulness, and somatic grounding — to build resilience and calm
🤝 Couples counselling — to rebuild trust, improve communication, and feel more connected
💬 Clients come to me for support with:
- Anxiety, burnout & emotional overwhelm
- People-pleasing, fawning, and low self-worth
- Relationship & intimacy struggles (including couples therapy)
- Communication blocks & rebuilding trust
- Childhood wounds & attachment trauma
- Feeling stuck or like life is passing by
- That quiet sense that healing is almost in reach — but not quite
Whether you’re working through something clear (like trauma) or something more vague (like numbness or restlessness), I’ll meet you with care, clarity, and curiosity. We’ll find a pace and approach that works for you.
💻 Online therapy from anywhere
I work with adults and couples across the UK and internationally. Sessions are weekly, 50 minutes, and always trauma-informed. EMDR is offered when the time feels right.
You don’t need to be in crisis to reach out. Sometimes healing starts with the quiet thought: “I don’t want to keep living like this.”

Training, qualifications & experience
Following my degree in Psychology and Level 5 qualification in Integrative Humanistic Psychotherapy, I’ve spent over a decade working in mental health with people of all ages, identities, and walks of life. During that time, I’ve trained extensively in counselling, coaching, therapeutic interventions and psychotherapy — including EMDR, a powerful approach for working with trauma and deeply held patterns.
My approach reflects this rich background: grounded in clinical expertise, but also shaped by a belief in holistic, strengths-based and person-led ways of healing. At the core of my work is the conviction that meaningful change happens through connection — and I prioritise building a strong, honest therapeutic relationship as the foundation for our work together.
While my roots lie in person-centred therapy, I draw on a wide range of tools and modalities — Jungian, Parts Work (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Transpersonal, Mindfulness, CBT and more — blending them creatively and flexibly to meet the unique needs of each person (or couple) I work with.
I believe each of us is made up of many parts, and each story deserves to be heard and understood. My job is to help you connect the pieces, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and support you in stepping into a life that feels more aligned, empowered and free.
