About me
😔 Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or not quite yourself — even when life “should” feel okay?
You might look like you’re holding it together from the outside, but inside feel anxious, shut down, too much, or never enough.
Whether it’s big trauma or subtle patterns from childhood, you might be carrying pain you’ve never been able to name — or shift.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
🌿 Trauma-informed therapy with EMDR, parts work, and depth
I help people who feel emotionally overloaded, lost in overthinking, or locked into old habits that no longer serve them.
Together we can gently explore where these patterns began — and begin to shift how they live in your nervous system, your relationships, and your story about yourself.
I'm trained in: ✨ EMDR therapy — to process trauma, shame, and stuck emotional pain
🧠 Parts Work & Inner Child Healing — for the deeper “why”
🌱 Humanistic and Jungian psychotherapy — to reconnect you to your core self
🌀 ACT, mindfulness & somatic grounding — to build resilience in the now
🧡 Clients come to me for support with:
- Anxiety, burnout & emotional overwhelm
- People-pleasing, fawning, feeling not enough
- Relationship & intimacy struggles
- Childhood wounds & attachment trauma
- Feeling stuck or “not living fully”
- The sense that healing is close but not quite reachable
- Whether you're working through something clear (like trauma) or something more vague (like numbness or restlessness), we’ll find a pace and approach that works for you.
💻 Online Therapy & EMDR (UK & International)
I work with clients online across the UK and internationally. Sessions are weekly, 50 minutes, and trauma-informed from start to finish. EMDR can be integrated once you feel ready.
You don’t need to be in crisis to reach out!
Sometimes the most powerful work begins with a quiet “I don’t want to keep living like this.”

Training, qualifications & experience
Following my degree in Psychology and Level 5 qualification in Integrative Humanistic Psychotherapy, I’ve spent over a decade working in mental health with clients from all ages, identities, and walks of life. During that time, I’ve trained extensively in various forms of counselling, coaching, therapeutic interventions and psychotherapy—including EMDR, a powerful approach for working with trauma and deeply held patterns.
My approach reflects this rich background: grounded in clinical expertise, but also shaped by a belief in holistic, strengths-based and person-led ways of healing. At the core of my work is the conviction that meaningful change happens through connection—and I prioritise building a strong, honest therapeutic relationship as the foundation for our work together.
While my roots lie in person-centred therapy, I draw on a wide range of tools and modalities—Jungian, Parts Work (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Transpersonal, Mindfulness, CBT and more—blending them creatively and flexibly to meet the unique needs of each person I work with.
I believe each of us is made up of many parts, and each story deserves to be heard and understood.
My job is to help you connect the pieces, shift the patterns that no longer serve you, and support you in stepping into a life that feels more aligned, empowered and free.
