Hello, I have worked in the health service for 45years before going into private practice. During that time I refined my skill set, both as a family therapist and as an expert in complex and challenging children, including those with a learning disability or autism. I have worked in mental health including addictions /self harm -depression and low self esteem
I always work collaboratively, seeking to harness the strengths of the family and the individual. I have lots of different ways of working and it is my job to find which way works for you. I am accustomed to working with cases of high complexity, liaising with other professionals, where appropriate and with your permission.
A typical session lasts an hour in an undisturbed and tranquil environment
I have helped families and individuals work towards shared goals to improve their quality of life. I always seek your feedback at the end of every session. I can arrange an initial home visit if this is useful to you, however I believe that therapy requires a safe, detached environment, that I can provide at the hope xchange
I offer zoom and telepone sessions
Please feel free to email so we can arrange this and you can find out if i have the right skill set for you. I look forward to being of assistance to you.
