A Warm Welcome, my name is Sarah.
I understand through my own journey of mental health, the impact that life's events has on us. In times where it all feels a bit much and you are not finding your way through on your own, finding the right person to talk to, can be life changing. Well done for taking the time to search for a counsellor. I would love to hear from you and answer any questions you may have.

I am a Qualified & Accredited Integrative Counsellor, enabling me to pull on different Modalities, Theories & Skills, best suited for each Unique Individual.
I run a Private Counselling Practice within the Beautiful Grounds of Rock Park, Barnstaple. I Facilitate Support Groups for Women Recovering from sexual trauma.

- Level 4 Integrative Counselling - with clinical hours - Heartwood College of Counselling & Psychotherapy
- Pre-Trial Therapy Training Program- Bluestar.
- Level 3 Award in Principles of Safeguarding & Protecting Children, young People or Vulnerable Adults. FAA
- I also hold qualifications as a Kundalini Yoga Instructor & Reiki Master.
Nature & Holistic Practices are my Support Team to Counselling, which is where Understanding, Growth & Feeling better about things happens.
My Journey began when I trained in Reiki, from Self-Healing to Master Level. I then Completed Level 2 Counselling Skills & Level 3 Counselling Studies. I followed this by spending 5 years Training & Teaching Kundalini Yoga, the Yoga of Self-Awareness. I also qualified in Universal Healing Rays. I then returned to Counselling Training, qualifying at Advanced Level 4.
I Offer a blend of my Skills, to best suit each Individual.
I am here to help & support you on part of your journey – to know yourself.

Session quantity and frequency can be decided between us upon booking.
£45 per hour.
£35 Concession.
I also have a Passion for the Healing Benefits of Nature, and I offer Walk & Talk Therapy Sessions, where we will Combine our Talking Therapy with the Accompaniment of Walking and being in Nature. Sessions are £45 per 1 hour.
When I work
I am flexible with my working hours and this can be discussed and decided between ourselves during our initial conversation.
Further information
Nature has it’s own Energy and Provides a Unique Therapy all on it’s Own . It is a Calming, Peaceful and Restorative Space to be in, away from the noise and busyness of a town and everyday life.
Being Outside in Nature while Walking and having your Counselling Session, known as Walk & Talk Therapy, can be a Welcome Combination for our Mind, Body and Soul.
I Offer Walk & Talk Therapy as an option after our initial indoor session.
