About me

I welcome you to book an assessment session to explore if you feel it is right to continue. My approach is psychodynamic and creative, and informed by working along side other professionals such as counsellors. I have been practising for around 20 years and supervising for around 10. I divide my time between working in Edinburgh and Fife.

I enjoy working with students, including international students and those training to be Arts Psychotherapists at Queen Margaret University. I also enjoy working with all ages and with a variety of issues including the emotional, mental, spiritual and physical, including for instance grief, anxiety, depression, anger, self esteem, perfectionism and confidence.

Further information

My location in Edinburgh is very central and convenient for both the bus and Waverley train station. The therapy room is at the back of the building so it is quiet and full of south facing light. In Fife I rent a room in the YMCA which is on the Main Street and accessible by bus, train or car. There is parking available at both locations, either on street or in a car park.
