About me
During the Covid 19 pandemic I am able to offer sessions via secure video link.
I am a qualified BACP counsellor offering long term and short -term individual therapy to adult clients.I work in a compassionate and empathic way with a Person Centred Approach which allows me to provide a non-judgemental, confidential space to allow the time for you to explore your feelings and concerns.
I believe in building a therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty and respect, enabling us to find solutions together. I am passionate about the benefits of counselling and the belief that a non- directive, Person centred approach can enable you to feel empowered to work through areas where you feel stuck, develop coping strategies and move forward.
Getting Stared
It can be a daunting time when thinking of contacting a new counsellor. Please call or email me to set up an initial chat to talk through what you would like to gain from your counselling. If you are happy then we can continue to setting up a session.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
