About me

Working together

Sessions are shaped to offer you the space to connect to your inner self and the time to take courageous steps towards a deeper self-awareness. You'll be invited to explore new perspectives on the challenges you are facing, and gain new insight while finding the answers to your questions.

Sessions are a client-led, which means they are tailored to your needs to support you to flourish in the best possible way. Together we work out what is holding you back and find areas of personal development. We gradually build your confidence to shape your vision and embrace the life you wish to lead.

I offer sessions online, over the phone and in person.

If you have a busy schedule or are on a different timezone, working online or over the phone allows you flexibility and effective use of your time by jumping right into the work without having to commute.

A blended approach

I use a blended approach of creative psychotherapies and transformational life coaching to facilitate your enquiry and connect to your sense of purpose and inner clarity.

My style is based on authenticity, creativity and presence.

I abide to the Health and Care Professions Council's code of ethics, am a fully qualified ICF accredited Life Coach and have regular supervision. Aside from my private practice, I hold wellbeing and mental health roles working at Mind, the UK leading mental health charity, and at the University of London.

Training, qualifications & experience

My story

I am passionate about the impact that creativity has on personal development. This passion has been the driving force behind my journey from the educational field, into the psychotherapy sector, and onwards into life coaching.

Throughout my career in Educational Sciences, I had pioneered training courses for educators on innovative educational methods. And moved to London in 2014 to study Drama and Movement therapy at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

My work

In my work, I use creativity and dialogue as keys to unlock potential, invite self-expression and enhance self-awareness. My educational background is rooted in psychology, creative therapy, Jungian theory, mindfulness and transactional analysis.

I work with young people and adults on unlocking their potential and maintaining positive mental health. With women, I specialise working around the themes of empowerment, confidence-building and relationships. I also support professionals and teams to enhance their performance and improve their group dynamics, as well as creating a wellbeing culture and lead a life-work balanced life.

My experience

I am working as a Health and Care Professions Council registered professional in schools, universities, businesses and charities. I'm a Mentor at the university Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, a Mental Health Advisor for the charity Mind and an arts psychotherapist in secondary schools.

I also offer retreats using mindfulness, coaching and creativity to enhance self-expression, motivation and clarity.

My practice is based online and in central London. I'm always open to new collaborations on creating wellbeing and positive change.

HCPC

Health and Care Professions Council

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
