About me

Welcome to my counselling and psychotherapy profile. As a qualified and experienced Relational Integrative Psychotherapist/Counsellor I will seek to develop a way of working with you which is the most appropriate to your individual style and the subject matter you wish to address.

I have a wide range of therapeutic expertise, alongside my vast life/work experience, enabling me to work with clients of varying backgrounds and with different life issues. I am also committed to supporting others to build upon their self-esteem, heal, grow and develop themselves. I am able to provide a safe, confidential, compassionate, non-judgemental and supportive environment, so that together we can explore whatever difficulties you are experiencing. My client's advise that they find me to be down-to-earth, patient and approachable, thereby assisting them to openly express their emotions and discuss life events which they previously been unable to talk about.

Comments received from my clients:

'Therapy has shifted a huge weight off my shoulders...'

'I feel that my life has been dramatically changed for the better...'

'Approachable and non-judgemental, and this has been invaluable to me.'

'I have discovered lots about myself... I feel like a new person.'
