About me

I understand that every family and child is unique and therefore welcome families to contact me and discuss in more detail their reason for seeking play therapy.

Play therapy is an evidence-based therapeutic approach where children use play, creative activities, and symbolic expression to communicate their feelings, process difficult experiences, and work through emotional challenges. For many children and young people, play and creativity is a natural language - one they can use to express things that may be difficult to articulate with words.

I appreciate that seeking professional help can feel daunting and work hard to ensure everyone feels supported. Therapy is a unique and personal experience.

Please reach out to me to find out more about how I work or the ways in which I can support you and your child.
