Sarah McFadyen BABCP Accredited Psychotherapist
I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. My private practice was solely based in Glasgow over the years but i am looking to see clients in the Scottish Borders. I am able to offer Therapy on an individual basis and Clinical Supervision to other practitioners of CBT.
I understand that coming for therapy can be daunting. And even if you have been before, meeting someone new can be challenging especially if you’re feeling out of sorts. You may be feeling overwhelmed by life, feeling stuck, lost or unable to cope.
By taking a step back from your difficulties, together we can explore and try to understand your problems from different perspectives and look at how they are affecting you. In time, this will enable you to develop your own resources and through exploring other options, find solutions to overcome short-term and long-term difficulties.
I am an approved provider of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with insurance companies such as CIGNA.
