I have been trained to the highest regulatory standards in the UK in Advanced Psychodynamic Counselling and Jungian Analysis, enabling me to work indepth with a wide variety of people.
After an initial consultation sessions are usually once/twice weekly either short term/ 6 weeks or longer term.
I have been trained to see between the lines of a problem.
Psychotherapy can help heal wounds and foster new growth, build self awareness and strengthen inner resources.

I have over 18 years experience in private practice and also work as a psychotherapist within the NHS IAPT umbrella.
I am a BUPA Registered Psychotherapist.
