Sarah Frampton MBACP (registered) @ Phoenix Counselling Kent
The first step towards anything is always scary but so is staying stuck. I know this from my own experience so I know how daunting the search for the right counsellor can be. What I would say is come and have a chat and then decide from there.
I work in an integrated way with consideration of the person in front of me and what works for them. Much of my focus is on the relational: between us, between you and others etc and how these interactions with others in the world can cause us difficulties.
My practice in Deal is a very warm and friendly space as well as discreet, with parking available easily.
I am a qualified and registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and work within their ethical framework.
