British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

I believe it is important to explore what working together might be like, I therefore, offer a 30 - 40 minute session FOC and cover the cost of this.
After the initial 30 minutes we will together decide whether we can work together and gain focus for our sessions moving forwards.
I like to offer this to my clients as I believe that this gives space for us to explore how we could work together and see if how I work matches your need.

Hi, I'm Sarah
Its important for me to start by saying,
I know, I get it, I've been there.
I've had my own challenges with my relationship with myself, my mind and body. Struggling with excessive exercise and how my body looks. Feeling lost, life-less, fearful, anxious and deflated.
Constantly, doubting my self, trying to please others and putting everyone else at the top of my ‘to do list’.
I know how you feel,
I've worked through it,
so have my clients and SO CAN YOU!
I am a Qualified and Registered Therapist, Certified Psychological Coach, Trainer,
Mental Health Advocate, Speaker and Wellbeing Expert, passionate about facilitating positive growth and change.
I champion individuals to unapologetically prioritise themselves and their own needs.
Empowering you to completely transform your relationship with your mind,
your body and ultimately yourself.
Working together to banish
- and self-doubt
- silencing your inner critic
- removing self-limiting beliefs.
So you can stop neglecting yourself; and no longer feel resentful, resigned and deflated.
FINALLY, respecting yourself.
At last, feeling
- AND courageous
LIVING LIFE how you imaged and becoming the champion of your own life.
I empower women who are ready to reclaim their relationship with themselves, so they can prioritise their minds, praise their bodies and unapologetically put their needs first.
