Sarah Crossman MBACP Registered
Fully qualified and experienced counsellor working with a wide range of problems including anxiety, depression and relationship issues. My approach is warm, understanding and non-judgemental. With a rural and private setting, I aim to provide a safe and confidential space.
It can sometimes be daunting when you first see a counsellor but we just talk, and together look at problems that can occur at any time in life. Maybe you have a loss of sense of direction and purpose, or perhaps the way you used to cope just doesn't work for you anymore. Perhaps you would just like to feel better about yourself.
With empathy and an open mind, I aim to provide a compassionate and supportive approach in order to develop self awareness and insight to help you see your life in a different light.
I see clients from my base near Finchingfield which is central to Braintree, Gt. Dunmow, Saffron Walden and surrounding areas.
