About me

Hello,

My name is Sara and I am the founder of Peacock Blue Integrative Counselling & Hollistic Therapies.

At Peacock Blue we know that there are times in life that it may be difficult or impossible to cope alone, and at such times we may seek additional support to overcome our troubles. At times like this I believe that I can help by offering a safe and confidential counselling service where my clients are able to explore their issues without judgement. I am an Integrative Therapist with my practise being based upon my unconditional acceptance of my clients for who they are.

Having qualified in 2015 I gained Accredited Membership with the National Counselling Society in 2016 and have continued my own learning through CPD courses post qualification. I have had over twenty years experience working with children and young adults, and it was this which led to my decision in 2012 to retrain. Since then my clients have ranged from 14 years to 80 years of age, and have come with a wide range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression and abuse to mention just a few.

I offer 1:2:1, couples and family therapy and work with a wide range of presenting difficulties (further details below). I either work from my home or yours if appropriate. I appreciate that the first steps to seeking help can appear daunting so because of this I offer a free initial telephone consultation.

My aim is to see your world as you do, view your experiences as you do and to work with you to seek the changes which will improve the way you currently feel. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, should be able to bring to the session what you need, be able to direct the session towards what will help you.

I will happily answer any questions which you may have and provide further details over the phone or via email, so please feel able to leave me a confidential answerphone message or email and a convenient time to return your call.

Other areas of counselling I deal with

What if I told you that you could change your whole life in just an hour, all while lying down and relaxing?

What if I told you that thousands of people all over the world already have?

So...What is Access Bars?

Access Bars is an energetic healing process which works by gentle touching of 32 points on your head.

These points, The Bars, store the electromagnetic components of all the thoughts, stress and locked up energy in your mind and body. These relate to all areas of your life such as creativity, awareness, body, sexuality, joy, sadness, money, control, and many more.

When you receive a Bars session, it allows the charge on these areas to evaporate, together with the stress and worry, giving you the choice to be more, to do more and to have something different in your life. With ease!

Further information

Everybody faces challenges, problems and fears during their lives. Most of the time we manage these alone.

Occasionally our usual coping methods don't work and we find ourselves struggling. Sometimes we need somebody to talk to, somebody who will listen and somewhere we can talk freely about our thoughts and feelings, explore opportunities for change in order to get back on track.

At the heart of successful counselling is the relationship between you and me. My aim is to provide a safe, confidential place where you are free to discuss your difficulties
