Sara Lugard MBACP
Hello and thank you for taking time to read my profile.
From time to time we all experience difficulties in our personal and professional lives, sometimes these difficulties can be resolved with the support of friends and family members. However, for times when this process is not sufficient or possible, the therapeutic relationship counselling offers can be an objective and positive experience.
I am a fully qualified, practising Humanistic Gestalt Counsellor and a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). As a registered MBACP I adhere to its Ethical Framework and Code of Good Practice. Based just outside Romsey I am within easy reach of Southampton, Eastleigh, Chandlers Ford and Winchester.
I offer individual 1-2-1 counselling for adults and young people within a professional, safe and confidential setting. Sessions may be for an agreed period of time or open-ended.
As a Gestalt counsellor I believe we are our own experts and I offer an environment in which my client can feel safe and comfortable to explore and work through their life issues. Working holistically, I integrate thought, emotion and behaviour, raising awareness within my client thus giving them the opportunity for change.
