"Who am I?"
I'm Sara at Love 2 Live Therapies,
Thank you for visiting me here.
My aim is to help and support you with your aim...
I am trained in many different therapies to help and heal those I support....... we are all unique we hurt and heal in our own personal way......
some of the ways in which I may help you............
Creative Counsellor (PCEAT Advanced Cert)
With or without words
and Hypnotherapist (Ad DipHyp)
"Where are you?"
I work from my village home in either my counselling room which is a lovely calm safe place for our counselling time together.......
...............or in my creative space which has paper, paints and brushes, play dough and pastels, a treasure trove of things expressive,
We may also work together with nature
walking outdoors or
being in an outdoor environment
using the garden as our outdoor time together
outdoor creative spaces
Nature Well Being Workshops
Utilising nature can really enhance our time together and be very powerful healing whichever form of therapy you may choose to help you achieve your aim.
" When can you see me?"
I offer appointments Monday - Friday from 9am - 9pm....
I know how important it is for your therapy to fit around your work,
childcare and life commitments
so I keep a flexible diary,
you choose when and how often to have an appointment.
How many sessions will I need?
You choose when, where and how long............
It is helpful to meet weekly to begin with but you know sometimes life
or finances mean we can't do that so
we can plan the sessions around your needs and lifestyle,
ultimately it's whatever works best for you, and you are the best judge of that.
I can't leave my home how do I access your therapy?
We could arrange telephone counselling sessions or in some cases it may be possible to meet in your own home.
