After an initial assessment and history an individual programme will be tailored to help you meet your goals. I meet clients regularly and all homework tasks are done at home.

I trained and worked for Relate from 2004 until 2010 as a relationship counsellor and sex therapist. I worked for the NHS as a sexual therapist and specialist counsellor from 2009 until 2017 when I left to set up in private practice.
