About me

It is undeniable that negative emotions and beliefs can greatly impact our lives. Sometimes stress and anxiety can make it hard for us to fully function or you’re finding the world confusing and life is just not making sense.  Would you like to gain confidence in yourself and explore your addictive behavior? what would it be like to have someone really listen to you without judgment? Taking the first step and asking for help is often the hardest. I know because I've been there too.

I offer a space that is safe and confidential for you to express your thoughts and feelings. I listen except and assist in enabling you to find yourself, gaining self-awareness and empowerment. We can explore the challenges of self-defeating blocks, uncover and understand behavioural patterns and thoughts.

I believe that we are all unique, my counselling approach reflects this. I draw from different methods to find a way that works for you.

Counselling is about building a trusting relationship. Finding what works for you is important to me. I offer an informal 10-minute phone consultation so we can introduce ourselves.

I offer zoom and telephone counselling.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
