Hello my name is Sandra and I would like to tell you a little about myself and my background.
I am an Integrative Counsellor, this means I have trained in a number of different therapies. I am also a supervisor for counsellors.
I will offer you a Confidential, safe, non- judgemental, nurturing environment with respect and understanding a safe place where you can be listened to and can share your emotional difficulties which are stopping you from living the life you want to live.
Working together we can use the insights and techniques of Person Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Relaxation Techniques and Hypnotherapy to bring about the changes you want in your life. We are all unique therefore integrating these different therapies enable you to bring about changes in your life adapted to your individuality.
Alongside my private practice I work within the NHS as a staff counsellor, facilitating Resilience & Wellbeing and Anxiety workshops. I also work with EAP companies.
I am an integrative supervisor. I supervise therapists who work with individuals. I also supervise students at a reduced rate.

My fees are £40.00 per session for individual counselling
I am a fully qualified supervisor. I work with both qualified and trainee counsellors, psychotherapists and other helping professional.
Cheshire Therapy Room is based on Chapel Lane in Wilmslow which is within easy reach for people travelling from Bramhall, Cheadle, Stockport and the surrounding areas.
Daytime, evening and weekend appointments are available.
