Do you want to quieten those conflicting noisy thoughts? Or be free from the emotional pain, fear, or constant worry, that keep you from sleeping? Perhaps you’re uncertain about your future or struggling to cope with life as it is....
How I can help
I understand how it feels when you’re lost and worn down; knowing something has to change, but not knowing how to do it. I can help you untangle and resolve present or past issues, impacting on your life now. I will support you and together with my skills and knowledge, we can work together towards a brighter future, so that you can begin each day feeling more positive and enjoying life again.
Clients come to me from all walks of life. After 13 years working with a wide range of issues, I remain passionate about my work, seeing daily, the positive outcome counselling has on people’s lives. I provide a warm, confidential, understanding space for you to 'just be you' and explore your concerns.
Getting in Touch
It's important your Counsellor feels right for you. Clients find it beneficial to talk to me on the phone using the free consultation I offer, before committing to an initial session. Due to Covid-19 and client safety, I have discontinued Face to Face sessions but still provide counselling, via Video/Zoom or Telephone which are equally effective. I can guide you through downloading zoom and using this platform together. I’m happy to answer any queries. Just give me a call or drop me an email. Why not check out my website to find out more about me and how I can help you...
I practice from a therapy room attached to my home with a dedicated disabled friendly entrance. It overlooks the South Leicestershire countryside with off road parking. I’m just 3 miles from Lutterworth and the motorway network of Junction 20-M1, Junction1-M6, A5 & A14. Within easy reach of Market Harborough, Rugby, Blaby, Wigston, Broughton Astley, and surrounding villages. The towns of Hinckley & Northampton and City of Leicester are just a 30 minute drive.

Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
