I get it. I've been there. You come across as confident, ambitious and always there for others. People think you lead a great life but it doesn’t always feel that way to you.
You got through childhood and teenage years and have lots to be grateful for. Despite all of your effort and achievement in life, something doesn't feel quite right. An anxious, nagging feeling sits in your mind and body and makes you uncomfortable in your own skin.
You’ve ignored it and carried on but you have many questions. It’s frustrating and exhausting but something has prompted you to find answers. You want to be more relaxed within yourself and feel good enough.

We can search for the answers together online or face to face in Watford or North London. My only request is that you show up, put one foot in front of the other and make the best of the journey.

As a part of my commitment to ethical practice, I undertake at least 30 hours of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activity every year (courses, reading, seminars)
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

With this in mind, I invite you to take the next step and contact me to schedule a free, 20-minute telephone call, where I can get to know a little about you and your reasons for seeking therapy.
You can also ask me any questions that are important to you. I will not take any personal details from you at this stage. If I do not feel that I am the right person to work with you, then I will explain why and do my best to refer you to a more appropriate therapist or service. You are under no obligation to proceed.
You can find out a little more about the process on my website:
