About me

I'm Sam,

Have you ever asked yourself why do I feel like this? what's wrong with me? Why can't I get out of bed in the morning?

Then let me ask you some simple questions, what's having an impact on you and your life? How do you move on? What can I do to help myself? Are you stuck in a rut?

 How can Therapy Help you?

just having someone who you trust to talk this over with, someone who does not judge you and will listen while you just offload. To be able to talk openly about everything that has either happened or is happening can be a welcome release, having the right Therapist can make a big difference to how you view your life.

What to expect in your first session?

During the first session this is a time to get to know one another, when you have therapy you need to be able to feel comfortable and feel listened too ,its also a time to build up  trust  while making sure the therapist is the correct fit for you.

I work in an integrative way and use creative solutions especially for young people .I have experience in working through anxiety, grief and bereavement, issues around friendship groups and work related stress.

Let me be the one who listens ,who doesn't judge and will walk alongside you while you explore your life .I'm bubbly ,caring , compassionate and honest.

I trained to be a therapist as I was  working with   families who have experienced severe mental health issues which includes self harm, suicidal thoughts, Bereavement, who have experienced domestic violence or sexual abuse. I'm also a  parent so I can  relate too and understand the issues that parents and families have to face when there children learn to grow and move away.

I  have  many years experience of working  within schools, online and Telephone.
