Samantha Carbon - Psychotherapist (MSc) UKCP, MBACP Clinical Supervisor
I work from an integrative framework, which means that I will adapt my holistic approach to best suit your needs, and will include elements of Transactional Analysis and Psychodynamic approaches. At the heart of my therapeutic model is the belief that within a safe, non- judgemental and mutually collaborative environment, we can all begin to reconnect with our true selves. As your therapist we can together explore and examine the past in the present, which can welcome rather than fear the future.
So why me? I like people and I am genuinely curious about how people work, and why they think and do the things they do. I strive to support people be the best version of themselves
If you are suffering from emotional distress or mental health issues contact me. You may want to take some time to review the past in order to make more satisfying choices in the present, or be struggling with confidence and a sense of self behind the roles and often necessary masks at work or in family life.
