About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained or challenged by the world? -You don't have to go through it alone. I offer a warm, down-to-earth, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I also offer a free initial consultation, so you can get a sense of how I work and whether it feels right for you.
We all face difficult times, and counselling can help you gain clarity, process emotions, and better understand yourself. Whatever has brought you to seek therapy does not define who you are. Reaching out can be a challenging and courageous step—good for you!
My aim is to offer clients a confidential, non-judgmental space to empathise with your experiences in a safe and respectful way. Together, we can explore your thoughts, beliefs, relationships, and past experiences to help you emotionally and make sense of your situation.
Its been around 10 years I have been an integrative psychotherapist working with clients who have a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, emotional regulation difficulties, abuse, loss and much more. I also teach CPCAB L4 for trainee counsellors at Langley Training and hold a diploma in Supervision
I have a vast amount of experience with working with individuals with traits of neurodiversity, both diagnosed and undiagnosed. My experience and training began before my training as a therapist working at the Walnuts school, this allowed me not just to have training but also to learn from individuals their experiences and challenges in the world and see this from their viewpoint. This covered Autism, ADHD, and other comorbid diagnosis.
Over this time, I have worked in private practice along with Victims first, Rape Crisis, Youth information Service and Newport Pagnell Medical centre.
Your journey:
After a free initial consultation, the first session is an assessment, and I encourage you to think about what goals you want to achieve from these sessions. This can set the direction you want therapy to go.
Invest in yourself because your worth it!

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
