About me

Sometimes we find ourselves struggling in life, feeling anxious, depressed, stuck, confused, or alone. When your difficulties leave you feeling overwhelmed and stuck, where nothing you do seems to make a real difference, talking to an experienced, professional counsellor like me can help.

I bring warmth, energy, and sensitivity to our work together. By exploring  your experiences and understanding what you're going through, we can process unresolved issues, challenge negative thought patterns and find opportunities to ease your pain and suffering. Developing greater self-awareness can empower you to reframe your perspectives, reconnect with what truly matters, and gain a clearer sense of who you really are. From there, you can decide how you would like to move forward and work towards change with greater clarity and confidence. Through recognising your strengths and resources, you can start creating the life that you truly want.

I have experience supporting people living with chronic illness, life-limiting conditions, disabilities and impairments. Whether you're adjusting to a diagnosis, coping with daily challenges, or feeling overwhelmed by the emotional impact, I can help you to find ways to manage and feel more in control. I understand that issues like pain, fatigue, medication, and appointments can make each day different, so I will work flexibly to fit around what's possible for you. Please feel free to get in touch if you'd like to talk about how we might work together.
