Hi, I’m Sally, I am warm and approachable. I offer safe and supportive Counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples experiencing mental health and emotional difficulties.
I understand that taking the first step can be very daunting indeed. Entering Counselling / Psychotherapy means taking time to explore your difficulties in a safe therapeutic environment, where you can develop a clearer understanding of yourself and your problems. Where you can learn new perspectives and strategies enabling you to make any changes you see as necessary, within yourself or in your life circumstances.
I understands that no two people or their circumstances are the same and I therefore offer an Integrative approach. This means adopting an approach in psychotherapy which brings together different elements of specific therapies to best meet my client’s needs fully.
