About me

I have been a practising mental health professional since 2016. In March 2021 I was diagnosed autistic and ADHD. Since then I have decided to support and welcome clients who feel like they don't fit in, have wondered if they may be different or have already received a diagnosis of autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, Tourettes and OCD.

There may be many challenges. There are also great strengths and abilities, some you may not know you even have. I will listen to your experiences and give you the time and space to share what you want.

It has been so rewarding seeing the many new clients who come to me feeling like they are wired differently. Perhaps you have felt stressed, anxious, depressed or angry. You may be hyper sensitive, have sensory issues, meltdowns, shutdowns, burnout and physical problems like autoimmune, gastrointestinal, asthma, skin, sleep issues. Maybe you don't know how you feel or you just feel too much.

I understand what this can be like.  Please get in touch. Your positive journey starts here.
