About me

I support adults who are curious, self diagnosed or diagnosed with your ADHD and or autistic journeys. You may discover you have more spectrums and lots of characteristics. We can work to identify them and see which give you skills and which give you challenges that are more negative.

I am a Neurodivergent Psychotherapist for Neurodivergent Clients - autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, OCD, Tourettes, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) and Highly Sensitive People (HSP). Adults.

I am autistic, ADHD, dyspraxic, dyscalculic, PDA with lived experience. Age 58. Psychotherapy, Counselling, coach and mentor support.

Working with me you will feel validated. You will be listened to and understood. Together we will work out a plan to get you feeling calmer and happier.

I can help you manage relationships and navigate life.

I can show you grounding techniques and ways to manage meltdowns, shutdowns and burnout.  I specialise in trauma and use guided imagery and The Rewind Technique for high anxiety when appropriate

I will help you with all the terms, language and resources you need to understand yourself better. I'm sure you'll teach me a thing or too as well :-).

We can talk about your specific experiences. How you process information. How you communicate. Your interests. Your fears. Your dreams.

Tell me about your sensory life. Do you stim, tic, get angry, cry, have trouble sleeping? I can help with all of this.

Are you looking for friendship or love? Let's talk about this.

How is your relationship with your partner? Are you looking for Couples Therapy? Here to help and with supporting your whole family if needed. I can also advise around assessment and diagnosis services and resources.

Do you want a job or a place of your own? Do you want to feel like you fit in and can be yourself?

We can talk about the past.  Now is where your life can change. This is your therapy. Tell me what YOU want for 2024.

Please email me with a brief description of your needs and we can arrange a free, twenty minute phone consult.

I do not sit passively. I do actively listen as a pattern matching detective. I want to know why you feel the way you do and which best tools I have to help you feel better.

I have many resources and have researched extensively around neurodiversity and will share what I have found with you. You can expect to see elements of existential therapy, humanistic, CBT, Internal Family Systems, Transactional Analysis, Nervous system regulation and grounding techniques as well as breath work and Guided Imagery/Hypnosos when appropriate. Also gut/brain relationship and joint mobility and menopause support.

You are the expert of yourself. I will help by shining a light on what we find, your strengths and limitations.
