About me
Here to support Neurodivergent Clients - autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, OCD, Tourettes, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) and Highly Sensitive People (HSP). Age sixteen up.
I am autistic and ADHD. Psychotherapy, Counselling, coach and mentor.
Working with me you will feel validated. You will be listened to and understood. Together we will work out a plan to get you feeling calmer and happier.
I can help you manage relationships and navigate life.
I can show you grounding techniques and ways to manage meltdowns, shutdowns and burnout. I understand trauma and use guided imagery and The Rewind Technique for high anxiety.
We can talk about your specific experiences. How you process information. How you communicate. Your interests. Your fears. Your dreams.
Tell me about your sensory life. Do you stim, tic, get angry, cry, have trouble sleeping? I can help with all of this.
Are you looking for friendship? Love? Let's talk about this.
Do you want a job or a place of your own? Do you want to feel like you fit in and can be yourself?
We can talk about the past. Now is where your life can change. This is your therapy. Tell me what YOU want.
Please get in touch. I'm listening...
