About me

Online, Walk Talk in Nature Counselling. Young people support during COVID, specialising in stress, anxiety, panic disorders, shutdown, dissociation symptoms. Support for the whole family.

Are you feeling stressed, anxious or depressed? Do you have an unhealthy habit you would like to break? Is your future uncertain? Are you ready to get help and move on with your life? There are many reasons you decide to see a Counsellor. It can be some sort of trauma or event that happened many years ago which still triggers you. Perhaps you feel sad or angry or a relationship has broken down. Please feel confident that when you see me you will be listened to and understood. Together we will work out a plan to get you feeling calmer, happier and better than you have felt for some time. No psychobabble. Professional Therapy. Member of the Human Givens Institute,  National Hypnotherapy and National Counselling Society which are overseen by the Professional Standards Authority. Human Givens Institute

The Human Givens Institute (HGI) is both a membership organisation and a professional body representing the interests of those in the caring and teaching professions who have an interest in or utilise the human givens approach. Counselling Directory register Registered Members (MHGI) and Fellow Members (FHGI), who will have completed the Post Graduate Practitioner's Assessment (Part III) and who are fully qualified to practise as a human givens therapist or counsellor. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
