Sally Flatteau Taylor
As an experienced counsellor/therapist (over 20 years) I have set up and managed services from a charity supporting families with children who have complex medical needs, to a borough wide bereavement service. I also provide mentoring, training, supervision and consultancy.
In my private counselling practice I work with individuals (children, adolescents and adults), couples, and whole families. In this I provide a confidential space and time which provides the opportunity to explore life's problems, such as facing loss and bereavement, relationship problems, addictive behaviours, anxiety, stress.
Counselling helps people to gain an understanding of the impact of their experiences, their feelings and ways of coping. Overall it aims to empower the client, enable the making of positive choices, increase self awareness and through this - self esteem and confidence.
