Does it feel like everything is falling apart even though on the surface everyone thinks you have it together?
Are you tired of being tired all the time?
Why is it so hard to just relax, why do you feel stressed?
You seem to live in a constant state of worry, anxiety, maybe even panic?
Your loved ones talk about you being too highly strung but you know that it not who you are, you long to find your old self again.
Book a free telephone consult or email me and start feeling less alone.
I provide effective support when you find that you have had enough of stress dictating your everyday.
Anxiety affects every aspect of life, our psychological well-being but also our physical and relationship health. It may seem like this is a never-ending battle, but I know that there is a way out, a path back to who you really are.
Counselling and Psychotherapy can speed up the process of moving through the worry and help you get your quality of life back.

"Working with Sally helped me navigate a difficult time when I was facing one of my greatest challenges, a cancer diagnosis. It was through my work with her that I was able to come out of a dark time getting back on my feet both physically and mentally. I would recommend Sally to anyone dealing with such challenging change."
"My partner and I have found our time with Sally invaluable in strengthening and rebuilding our relationship. Her non-judgmental approach and experience has helped us both relax into the sessions. We both feel stronger in ourselves and in our relationship as a result of the time with Sally."
