Sally Davey - MBACP Registered Counsellor
Are you looking for a different approach to life but don’t know where to start? Feeling overwhelmed or stressed? Not able to sleep due to anxiety or depression? Experiencing relationship or work issues? Or just need space to talk and reflect?
Whatever your issue I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgement space where you can explore your problems with an aim to bring fresh awareness to your current situation. I offer you an opportunity to refocus on what is important to you and enable insights on how to make change happen or to come to terms with difficulties faced in your life.
As a professionally trained and qualified Integrative Counsellor, I work in an empathic, compassionate and professional manner. This enables me to utilise counselling skills that are appropriate for your needs to help you reach an outcome appropriate for you. Through talking therapy you are enabled to explore your current situation with an aim to either reach an understanding and appreciation of your circumstances or to reach a decision to make changes in your life. Changes can be talked through with an aim to understand what you want instead and then to work through how to achieve these changes.
Training, qualifications & experience

As well as having my private practice, I have volunteered for a number of years, as a counsellor with Cruse offering clients the support they need when bereaved. I have also worked with The Olive Tree in Crawley, whose aim is to enable clients diagnosed with cancer to see things more clearly, take control of their life and even discover new inner strengths and resources.

I believe finding the right counsellor is an essential factor in ensuring you achieve the outcome you strive for. I offer an initial 20-30-minute assessment session which is free of charge and allows us to explore your aims and whether I am the right counsellor for you. If we then agree to work together I charge £40 for each 50-minute session thereafter. I can offer a limited number of concessional rates based on a review of your circumstances.
