About me
I am qualified at level 5 in a Pluralistic Approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Humanistic and Psychodynamic Therapies. My training enables me to utilise these three approaches in my therapeutic work, tailoring them to meet your needs and provide you with the best outcome. You will have the opportunity to explore a variety of methods and gauge which you feel works best for you.
- Psychodynamic approaches would help us delve deeper into the meaning behind your behaviour and the subconscious workings of your mind.
- Humanistic approaches allow us to work on your personal growth and wellbeing with a variety of different techniques.
- CBT can provide a range of tools that help with the adjustment of thoughts, and these can accompany you on, and after, your therapeutic journey.
