Sally Allardyce, BA, MBACP & Supervisor
Hello, I'm Sally and welcome to my page. Like you I know how difficult it can be and the courage needed to make the decision to seek help. My personal life experiences took me to counselling, and as a result, I decided to retrain as a counsellor.
I help adults feeling depressed or anxious and overwhelmed by their relationships to manage and understand these feelings, without feeling swamped.
I help with anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, depression, stress, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties, including divorce and affairs.
My approach is warm and relaxed, and I offer you a counselling relationship that is individual to you and based on your situation.
It can be hard in the beginning knowing where to start, especially if your issue is longstanding. I will listen and really hear what has brought you to counselling and what your goals are.
I believe the relationship between client and counsellor is vital to successful counselling, and I offer the first session at a reduced rate of £25.00 to see if I am the right counsellor for you and answer any questions you may have.
When you talk to someone unconnected to you, such as myself, you may recognise why you are feeling depressed/anxious - this may lead to you finding how to manage depression or anxiety within yourself and in your relationships with others.
I offer daytime or evening appointments.
If you have any further questions please contact me.
