Sally Allardyce, BA, MBACP & Supervisor
Hello, I'm Sally and a warm welcome to my page.
How can I help you?
I offer you warmth, empathy, honesty, acceptance, support and understanding. I offer you the opportunity to "get things off your chest".
I believe that when you experience good mental health and wellbeing you are better able to maintain healthy relationships with the important others in your life.
Asking for help and talking about your feelings can help you maintain good mental health.
I am passionate about the value and benefits to you of counselling.
Why did I become a counsellor?
I have always been interested in people. I chose to become a counsellor as I found it was the role that provided me the opportunity to provide support, acceptance and compassion. I have a strong desire and commitment to helping others as I have been accepted, helped and supported in my life through my own personal counselling.
I believe the relationship between client and counsellor is vital to successful counselling, and I offer the first session at a reduced rate of £25.00 to see if I am the right counsellor for you and answer any questions you may have.
I offer daytime or evening appointments and can meet with you at St Ives, Truro or Redruth.
If you have any further questions please contact me or visit my website for more information on compasscounsellingcornwall.com

Supervision & training
I am enthusiastic and passionate about the need for supervision, I would not be able to offer myself as a counsellor or supervisor without the regular support and input from my own supervisor.View supervision profile
