Sally Allardyce, BA, MBACP & Supervisor
Hello, I'm Sally and a warm welcome to my page.
How can I help you?
I offer you a person centred/humanstic approach which incorporates warmth, empathy, honesty, acceptance, support and understanding.
I have extensive experience of supporting adults with anxiety, depression, addiction, abuse, family difficulties and other issues.
I am passionate about helping you get to the heart of your distress or anxiety. Together we will untangle your difficulties and explore them together, working out what you can leave behind and how.
I believe my role as a counsellor is to nuture and empower you to develop an understanding of yourself. I offer a safe, confidential and non judgemental space where you will feel welcome, valued, listened to and accepted.
I believe the relationship between client and counsellor is vital to successful counselling, and I offer the first session at a reduced rate of £30.00 to see if I am the right counsellor for you and answer any questions you may have.
I offer daytime or evening appointments and can meet with you at central St Ives, Truro or Redruth.
If you have any further questions please contact me via email, text or call I will return any queries within 24 hours, or visit my website for more information about me on compasscounsellingcornwall.com.

Choosing a supervisor can be a difficult process, the relationship is crucial to your support and development as a counsellor. Supervision offers you time for professional and personal development, this is a two way process between the two of us.
I am enthusiastic and passionate about the need for supervision, I would not be able to offer myself as a counsellor or supervisor without the regular support and input from my own supervisor.
Supervision is a significant cost and I offer the first initial meeting of 60 minutes at a reduced price of £20, in which we can explore the potential of working together.
I offer individual supervision and group supervision.
I am available daytime and evenings and have rooms in Truro, Redruth and St Ives.
Individual Supervision - first session £20 for 60 mins
£30 for 60 mins thereafter
Group Supervision - £20 each for 120 mins - minimum of 3 supervisees
Give me a call or text 07999 598045 and we can see if I'm the kind of supervisor you are looking for. I look forward to hearing from you.
