Sally Allardyce, BA, MBACP & Supervisor
Hello, I'm Sally and a warm welcome to my page.
How can I help you?
I offer you a person centred/humanstic approach which incorporates warmth, empathy, honesty, acceptance, support and understanding.
I wonder if you are finding yourself:- walking on eggshells, avoiding conflict, keeping others happy, a busy head without any quiet time for you, lost your voice and confidence, feeling empty or numb. I believe that your mental health is as important as your physical health.
I have extensive experience of supporting adults with anxiety, depression, addiction, abuse, family difficulties and other issues.
I offer the opportunity to "get things off your chest" and I know this can bring you positive change in your relationships and wellbeing.
I believe my role as a counsellor is to nuture and empower you to develop an understanding of yourself. I offer a safe, confidential and non judgemental space where you will feel welcome, listened to and accepted.
I believe the relationship between client and counsellor is vital to successful counselling, and I offer the first session at a reduced rate of £25.00 to see if I am the right counsellor for you and answer any questions you may have.
I offer daytime or evening appointments and can meet with you at St Ives, Truro or Redruth.
If you have any further questions please contact me via email, text or call I will return any queries within 24 hours, or visit my website for more information about me on compasscounsellingcornwall.com.

Choosing a supervisor can be a difficult process, the relationship is crucial to your support and development as a counsellor. Supervision offers you time for professional and personal development, this is a two way process between the two of us.
I am enthusiastic and passionate about the need for supervision, I would not be able to offer myself as a counsellor or supervisor without the regular support and input from my own supervisor.
Supervision is a significant cost and I offer the first initial meeting of 60 minutes at a reduced price of £20, in which we can explore the potential of working together.
I offer individual supervision and group supervision.
I am available daytime and evenings and have rooms in Truro, Redruth and St Ives.
Individual Supervision - first session £20 for 60 mins
£30 for 60 mins thereafter
Group Supervision - £20 each for 120 mins - minimum of 3 supervisees
Give me a call or text 07999 598045 and we can see if I'm the kind of supervisor you are looking for. I look forward to hearing from you.
