Sally Allardyce, BA, MBACP & Supervisor
Hello, I'm Sally and welcome to my page.
If you are thinking about seeing a counsellor, or if you have already decided to do so and are now looking for one best suited to help with your particular concerns, I hope you will find some help here.
Like you I know how lonely and difficult it can be living with anxiety or relationship issues and the courage needed to make the decision to seek help from a person you do not know.
My personal life experiences took me to counselling, and as a result of this experience, I decided to retrain as a counsellor.
I help adults whose relationships are causing anxiety, either with a partner, family member, friends or at work, to manage and understand this. I can help you improve the relationships in your life. I offer counselling for couples.
I am passionate about the value of counselling and what it can offer you in increased self worth, confidence and wellbeing.
My approach is warm and relaxed.
Counselling is personal. It can deal with your most private issues. It is therefore important that you work with someone you feel you can trust, and our first meeting will be to establish that feeling of trust and understanding.
I offer the opportunity to "get things off your chest" and this may bring you positive change.
I believe the relationship between client and counsellor is vital to successful counselling, and I offer the first session at a reduced rate of £25.00 to see if I am the right counsellor for you and answer any questions you may have.
I offer daytime or evening appointments. I offer appointments at St Ives or Redruth.
If you have any further questions please contact me.

Supervision & training
I am enthusiastic and passionate about the need for supervision and I recognise that I would not be able to offer myself as a counsellor or supervisor without the regular support and input from my own supervisor.View supervision profile
