About me

As a integrative counsellor I am skilled in using a variety of approaches depending on your needs.

One of the most effective approaches I am using to treat depression is called Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). IPT is an unique approach that focusses on the connections between symptoms of depression and interpersonal relationships and how to improve them.

I also use Creative methods such as imagery, visualization and EFT (tapping).

I have a varied experience in volunteering for many different organsations including Cruse Bereavement and worked for Sakoon Islamic Counselling, Primary Care NHS (Wales) and IAPT HI counsellor.
