Saeed Khalilirad, MSc (Psych), UKCP & BABCP (Accred), MBACP (Reg)
I am specialised in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I have private practice in Central and West London.
I am a registered psychotherapist with AXA, Aviva and Vitality insurance and accept clients insured through these providers.
What I offer
I offer short and long-term treatments as well as workshop on a wide range of mental health difficulties.
Some of the areas I have extensively worked with are depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement, loss, worry, social anxiety, health anxiety, panic, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), low self-esteem, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), body dysmorphia (BDD) and phobias.
I offer an empathic style of psychotherapy in a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment. We all experience challenges and difficulties throughout our lives. It is important for me that individuals are enabled to work through their difficulties and move forward to gain a different experience in their lives. We will work together to explore the difficulties that brought you to the therapy and to conceptualise the most appropriate individualised treatment that could best fit your needs.
You can call or email me to set up an initial telephone consultation. This consultation will provide an opportunity for you to briefly describe your difficulties and ask questions about the way we work together.
I can offer therapy both in English and Farsi (Persian)

Having worked and lived in different countries, I have an awareness of working with culturally diverse clients.
