About me

About Me:
My name is Sabrina, I want to thank you for taking the time to read a little about me and how I can support you.

I am a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, my training is Humanistic Integrative meaning I pull upon different theories and my hope is that together, we can find how best to support you.
In doing so, my approach is adapted to your own personal and individual needs.

My counselling style is a conversational and collaborative process working towards building a trusting relationship.
You will find me warm and non judgemental and my hope is for you to feel free and safe enough to share and explore at your own pace.

Training, qualifications & experience

My expertise:

I have a wide range of experience from a school counsellor to working for different organisation.

I offer counselling & psychotherapy on a wide range of issues, as well as bereavement support.

I have worked with a diversity of clients from varied background, ethnicity and age group.

I also had the privilege to work as a Bereavement friendship group leader as well as a being a teacher/trainer for an organisation.

I also work as an Appropriate Adult, supporting vulnerable adults and juveniles.

What I can help you with:

Wether you are feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, suffering from depression, grief, lonlyness or wish to find a better way to communicate with others: conflict resolution, relationship issues, or perhaps a more "goal" orientated approach.

Being able to share your problems with someone neutral and non judgmental is often the first steps to recovery.

My Practice:

"MindMe" Counselling is a small practice based on the border of West Sussex and Surrey, where I offer one to one interactive talking therapy, long or short term depending on your needs.
You can contact me via email or mobile (please include your email address), giving a description of your reasons for seeking some counselling support.

I will be sure to get back to you within 48hours.

Our first contact:
Is a call back (or via email) at a time convenient to both of us and get acquainted, in view to arrange a first assessment session.
