I am a counsellor and psychotherapist and run two practices in Kent as well as working as a counsellor for the University of Kent.
I have experience on a broad range of issues including work related stress, bereavement, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder - OCD, sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, gender dysphoria, trauma, stress, low self esteem, low self confidence, feeling overwhelmed.
I trained in Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt models of counselling but I also use a wide range of tools from other therapies including CBT, NLP as well as Solution focused brief therapy as this enables us to use the most effective therapy for you.

Training, qualifications & experience
Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Counselling from a BACP accredited course. This course was based on a Humanistic approach but included Transactional Analysis (TA) and Gestalt models of counselling.
Diploma in Relationship and Couples counselling from Oxford College.
I have Certificates for training in the following:
Cruse Bereavement Care training course My training and years as a Cruse volunteer enabled me to gain experience with bereavement and bereavement related issues.

The first appointment is at 8 am.
