I provide a confidential, trustworthy and nonjudgemental environment so that we may work together through your own personal or relationship issues and difficulties.
I have experience on a broad range of issues including work related stress, relationship issues, bereavement, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder - OCD, sexual, physical and emotional abuse, gender dysphoria, trauma, stress, low self esteem, low self confidence, feeling overwhelmed.
I also offer intensive recovery sessions for couples as well as solution focused sessions for individuals.
I work at the University of Kent as a counsellor and have a private practice in 2 locations - The Wellness Centre in Canterbury and in Birchington. Kent

Training, qualifications & experience
Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Counselling from a BACP accredited course. This course was based on a Humanistic approach but included Transactional Analysis (TA) and Gestalt models of counselling.
Diploma in Relationship and Couples counselling from Oxford College. I am part of an Independent Relationship Counselling service.
