About me

Individual and couple counselling.

'Sabine has been enormously helpful to me in moving through a difficult phase of my life, a period of, at times, profound grief and personal challenges. She is compassionate, respectful, deeply empathic and highly intuitive, and I would recommend her whole-heartedly to anyone looking for a counsellor'

It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help when you need it.

Life can be challenging and tough at times. This is where counselling can help.

I provide a confidential, trustworthy and nonjudgemental environment so that we may work together through your own personal or relationship issues and difficulties.

I have experience on a broad range of issues including work related stress, relationship issues, bereavement, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder - OCD, sexual, physical and emotional abuse, gender dysphoria, trauma, stress, low self esteem, low self confidence, feeling overwhelmed.

I also offer intensive recovery sessions for couples as well as solution focused sessions for individuals.

I work at the University of Kent as a counsellor and have a private practice in 2 locations - The Wellness Centre in Canterbury and in Birchington. Kent

I hope you will find all the information you need on my website but should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
