About me

Making sense of issues that can affect us, sometimes needs the help and understanding of others to achieve desired outcomes and happiness.  To be heard and understood, is an important part of this process.

With a wide range of age groups and variety of issues, such as general anxiety, low self-esteem, depression and bereavement, I have many years' experience working with people requiring different types of support.  By working together, I can offer time to listen within a safe, welcoming environment, to help you achieve the goals you are aiming for.

If you would like to find out more about the therapies I offer and how they could work for you, please contact me and I will endeavour to respond within 48 hours.
