Ruth Horner Adv Dip PC MNCS (Accred)
At times, it can be difficult to speak to family or friends if we are unhappy. Talking therapy can help to make clear some of the confusion which can cloud the mind, thus help to reduce stress and anxiety. Working together, will give you the opportunity to find clarity in what can be a confusing, lonely or unsettling time in your life.
Working with a wide range of age groups and variety of issues, such as general anxiety and low self-esteem, I have many years' experience of working with people requiring different types of support that they may seek in their lives. I am a qualified, registered member of the National Counselling Society, and am committed to regular on-going training to complement the therapies I offer.
Whatever your reason for seeking counselling, I offer time to listen to you within a safe, welcoming environment. If you would like to find out more, please contact me and I will endeavour to respond within 48 hours.
