About me

Rosie is working face to face and on line.   It might be that you would like some short term counselling to look at ways to manage the many changes that are occurring, or some longer term work as you are looking for changes with anxiety, stress or relationships.

It could be you need a space to be heard?  If you are in a relationship do you need to hear each other in a place that is neutral? Maybe this is a time to think about what makes you upset, feel unheard, or to find out why it’s difficult for others to hear you?

Counselling can be a useful place to reflect on what is impacting us. I have extensive experience of working with individuals and those in relationships (having been a Relate Therapist for 10 years).  I work with individuals, families, and couples. I worked with clients from the NHS via IAPT contracts for 6 years.

Having been a CEO for over 15 years I am aware of the challenges of stress and trained in the management of conflict and stress advising. I trained as a Qualified Mediator (FMCA) And being mindful of the impact of relationship breakdown, divorce and separation, affairs and betrayals, and general family issues. I am trained in CBT,  trained in NLP and a qualified & experienced in couple counselling and psychosexual therapy.

After training and personally experiencing Mindfulness and meditation I have found this a useful consideration to find a way to manage anxiety, challenges enabling a place of balance to ones life.  For many, holding spirituality as an important aspect to life can be both challenging and an enriching part of my life, these are all elements that can be important to consider in sessions.

For  face to face appointments I am based approximately 3 minutes’ walk from Goodmayes Station, which is on the Stratford/Liverpool street Elizabeth line, there is one bus (EL3) from Barking Station, or on a bus route from Gants Hill Station on the central line (150 & 128).

If you would prefer to meet in a park and do 'walk and talk', also contact me about this option.

I am on the Accredited Register of the Professional Standards Authority, Accredited with COSRT and ACC.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

I work with people online. I have a small step to the main entrance which can get a smaller wheelchair up. A larger wheelchair might struggle.
