Sex addiction/compulsivity/Porn addiction. I work with clients where their use of porn or other sexual activities may be causing difficulties in their life. I work with partners who are concerned/distressed by partner's use of porn and impact on self and relationship. I also work with couples where porn/out of control sexual behaviour has been a problem and exploration of recovery as couple will be the focus of work.
Individual Counselling – a confidential service exploring the areas that may be of concern to you in order to help you clarify your issues and goals and find the solutions you need.
Supervision Service- I am also a qualified supervisor and can offer supervision to student counsellors and experienced counsellors.
I work integratively with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Psychodynamic and Systemic Theories.
