About me

Hello, I am Rosanna, a qualified and accredited psychotherapist, specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I am currently working in an NHS talking therapy service and private practice. I have been working within talking therapy services for 10 years and have experience with treating a range of different problems, for example:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Social anxiety
  • Health anxiety
  • Panic disorder
  • OCD
  • Low self esteem
  • Addiction
  • Relationship problems
  • Body dysmorphic disorder
  • Managing long-term chronic health difficulties
  • Phobias
  • Habit disorders

I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help you make sense and treat the challenges you're facing, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

The type of therapy we use is important, but as important is our therapeutic relationship, as this plays a key role in making meaningful progress. I want our work together to be supportive and impactful. Please get in touch and we can see if I am a good fit for you.
