I am certified in Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy (RLT)—a method designed to cut through surface-level fixes and create deep, lasting transformation. Whether you’re navigating communication struggles, rebuilding trust after betrayal, or dealing with intimacy issues, I offer a supportive yet direct approach to help you get unstuck.
